SOW single stage double suction centrifugal pump with middle open volute is a high performance pump produced by advanced German technology. By using the prototype impeller and the modified impeller and its cutting, the pump has a full and wide profile and high efficiency. Within the scope of profile performance, it can provide a pump with suitable working point of any flow head to meet the needs of users. The pump adopts the best hydraulic model of self-balancing axial force and radial force at home and abroad. Built-in seal lubrication structure: pump built-in seal lubrication structure, sealing circulating water for pump sealing system lubrication, flushing is more direct and effective.

High efficiency: CFD is used to calculate fluid dynamics, analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution in the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump. The pump body is designed with two channels to reduce the radial force. The flow passage parts of pump body, pump cover and impeller are modeled with resin sand plate mould, which ensures the appearance, the size of flow passage and the hydraulic efficiency of the pump. The efficiency of SOW series pumps is 3-5% higher than that of conventional double suction pumps.

High balancing accuracy: Dynamic balancing accuracy of rotor components is G1.0.

Shaft: Shaft short and rigid, increase the diameter of the shaft to extend the service life of bearings and mechanical seals. The shaft is fully sealed structure, which ensures that it does not contact with medium, is stainless and has long service life.

Double volute: High head pump adopts double volute structure, which reduces radial force.
