AF series foam pump is a new generation product developed by our factory on the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technology. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry and other departments. It is suitable for conveying abrasive slurry containing foam. The series of pumps can effectively eliminate foam in the slurry during operation. Under the condition of insufficient incoming materials, it can still work normally, especially suitable for various flotation processes, and is an ideal product for conveying foam slurry.

Product features:

1. This type of pump is used in SP type bearing components. The bearing body is installed with a motor seat or motor frame, which can be directly or indirectly driven. The pulley can be easily replaced to change the speed of the pump to meet the change of working conditions.

2. The material box is made of steel structure or stainless steel, steel lining rubber, etc., with tangential inlet and overflow box. The overflow box can conveniently send excess material back to the material pool, and cut into the inlet, enabling the material to enter the pump quickly and eliminate some foam.

3. The pump head structure is double pump casing structure. According to the different transmission medium, the overflow parts can be metal, rubber or other non-metallic materials.
