Product overview

The product is cantilever and centrifugal pump. Horizontal and vertical axially open double pump shell structure with carbide lining has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. The product features reasonable structure, reliable operation and long service life. It is especially suitable for strong abrasion and foam.

Structural characteristics

The impeller is optimized, and the diversion part is added for the foam containing working condition.

After hardening, the stainless steel axle sleeve is fitted with the clearance of the axle. O-rings are installed at both ends to protect the axle from wear and rust.

Cylindrical structural bearing components are designed with high capacity bearings. The bearings are lubricated with grease and oil to adapt to different operating conditions.

The clearance between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the pump.

The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles to adapt to different site installation conditions.

Sealing form

Shaft seal adopts packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, packing plus auxiliary impeller seal and mechanical seal.

Pump drive

DC direct drive, CR/CL parallel belt drive, ZV upper and lower belt drive, CV vertical belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, reducer drive, etc. can be used for pump and drive.
