Product overview

The product adopts horizontal and vertical axially open double pump shell structure with carbide lining. High efficiency and high lift impeller design, using carbide impeller, smooth flow channel, good anti-clogging performance, with a low must cavitation allowance NPSHr. To meet the development needs of electric power, metallurgy, coal and other industries, aiming at the characteristics of ash removal, slag removal and slurry transportation, on the basis of decades of experience in design and manufacture of slurry pumps, advanced technology and research results at home and abroad are widely absorbed, which is the latest generation of YGB (P) series slurry pumps with large flow, high lift and multi-stage series connection. Horizontal open type bearing assembly is designed with high capacity bearing. The bearing is lubricated with dilute oil. Two sets of bearing cooling system are equipped to ensure safe and reliable operation.

application area

It is mainly used for conveying abrasive or corrosive slag slurry in mining, metallurgy, municipal, electric power, coal, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials and other industrial sectors, especially for ash and slag conveying in power plants. After special treatment, it can also be used for seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion of seawater and salt spray. The maximum allowable working pressure is 3.6 Mpa and can be used in series.
